Dumpster Rental Terms
These are the terms for every Cade Bros roll-off rental, in plain English. They cover the rental period, weight and overage, billing, items, loading and access, so you know your final bill before the dumpster arrives.

| Who you rent from | Cade Bros is a direct, local hauler. Our own trucks and drivers deliver and pick up every dumpster. We do not broker orders to third parties. |

| Rental period | Every rental includes 7 days. Each extra day is $25. |
| Pricing | Flat-rate base pricing per size, set by season. Call for the current rate. Your quote lists the size, rental days, included tons and overage rate. |
| Overage | Weight over the included tons is billed at $75 per ton, pro-rata by the exact pound on the official digital weight ticket from the county landfill scale. We do not round up. Example: a 20-yard ticket of 3.40 tons is 0.40 ton over, or $30.00. |
| Proof of weight | A digital copy of the certified landfill scale ticket is attached to your final invoice. |
| Final invoice | Emailed 3 to 5 business days after pickup, once the landfill processes our disposal logs. It includes any overage and extra days. |
| Swaps | Pulling a full dumpster and dropping an empty one counts as a new flat-rate rental. |
| Delivery | Standard drops happen between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Book by 3:00 PM for guaranteed next-day delivery. Same-day emergency requests carry a $50 rush fee, depending on truck availability. The driver sends an automated text or calls 20 to 30 minutes before arrival. You don't need to be present if the drop zone is clear. |
| Placement and dry runs | If our driver arrives and can't drop or pick up the dumpster because of a blockage, such as parked cars, low-hanging wires or a locked gate, a $125 dry-run (trip) fee applies. |
| Overfill | Debris must stay level with the top rim. By Texas DOT law we cannot haul overloaded bins. If a dumpster is overfilled, the $125 dry-run fee applies and the customer must remove the excess before transport. |
| Heavy debris | Concrete, dirt, brick and sand are allowed only in 10- and 15-yard dumpsters, loaded no higher than halfway up the walls. A load of one unmixed material qualifies for clean-fill pricing. |
| Extra-fee items | Appliances containing Freon (fridges, AC units), mattresses and tires are $50 extra per item because of special processing at the landfill. |
| Prohibited items | Hazardous chemicals, wet paint and batteries are strictly prohibited. |
| Driveway protection | Our drivers place structural wooden boards under the dumpster's rollers and rails on concrete and asphalt driveways. |
| Disposal | Loads go to certified municipal facilities in the Rio Grande Valley: the City of Edinburg Solid Waste Landfill or the City of McAllen Recycling Center, depending on project location. |
