Heavy debris: concrete, dirt, brick & sand
Concrete & Dirt Dumpster Rental
Concrete, dirt, brick and sand go only in our 10-yard and 15-yard dumpsters, loaded no higher than halfway up the walls. A clean load of one material, like concrete with no trash or wood mixed in, qualifies for special clean-fill pricing.
Book by 3 PM for guaranteed next-day delivery. Your driver texts or calls 20–30 minutes before arriving.

What size dumpster do I need for concrete?
Use the 10-yard dumpster for a small patio, walkway or slab removal and the 15-yard dumpster for a bigger job. Both are filled halfway with heavy debris. The 10-yard includes 2 tons and the 15-yard 2.5 tons; weight over that is $75 per ton, by the exact pound.
What counts as a clean load?
A clean load is one heavy material and nothing else: concrete only, dirt only, brick only or sand only. No trash, wood, plastic or yard waste mixed in. Clean loads qualify for our special clean-fill pricing, so keep a separate pile for anything else.
Where should a heavy-debris dumpster go?
Put a concrete or dirt dumpster on a paved, level surface, not soft lawn. A loaded heavy-debris dumpster is very heavy, and our drivers set wood boards under the rollers and rails to spread that weight across your driveway.
Tell us about the job and we'll match the size before anything is delivered.

Why can I only fill a concrete dumpster halfway?
Concrete, dirt, brick and sand are so heavy that a full dumpster would put the truck over highway weight limits. The halfway line keeps the load legal and safe to haul.
What is clean-fill pricing?
Clean-fill pricing is a special rate for a load of one heavy material only, like all concrete or all dirt, with no trash, wood or other debris mixed in. Ask for the current rate when you call.
Can I mix concrete and household junk in one dumpster?
You can, but the load won't qualify for clean-fill pricing, and it still has to stay in a 10- or 15-yard dumpster at the halfway line.
Can I put concrete in a 20-yard dumpster?
No. Heavy debris is restricted to the 10-yard and 15-yard dumpsters. The 20- and 30-yard dumpsters are for lighter, bulkier debris.
Is rebar allowed in a concrete dumpster?
Call before loading concrete with rebar or wire mesh. Mixed material can change whether the load counts as clean fill.
